As summer made her exit for another year and the kids headed back to school, the travel industry quickly shifted gears and got back to business. For ASM-Ireland, that meant a full slate of supplier events and workshops hosted across the country.
Agent Appreciation Event – Galway
The first event of the month was an Agent Appreciation Event on 13 September. ASM-Ireland, as part of TPG, hosted this annual gathering aboard the Corrib Princess in Galway. Alan was the lively compère for the evening, with a fantastic turnout of agents, including a special moment to wish Marie Grenham all the best in her retirement.
Supplier Partner Event – Dublin
On 19 September, Alan Sparling, Jo-Ann Raleigh, and Fiona Ali Williams—representing Caribtours and partners—hosted the Agent Training Dinner at the stylish Ivy in Dublin. It was another successful event in a cosmopolitan setting, providing agents with a wealth of information while enjoying great food and company.
Agent Appreciation Event – Dundalk
We rounded off events for the month with our second TPG Agent Appreciation event at the Fairways Hotel, Dundalk on 26 September. Once again, we had an excellent turnout of agents for a fun and informative evening with Alan settling in nicely to his role of compère.
Agent Training/Education
Aside from the above events, ASM-Ireland has been busy hosting online agent training sessions with agents from around the country plus been on the road visiting over 25 agents, delivering the latest edition of Caribtours Luxury Travel magazine. (If you’d like a copy, just let us know!)
