It all started on Thursday 26 Jan with a marketing event hosted by Dublin Airport followed by the Travel Trade Awards later that night. And with that it was Friday and Holiday World, which had returned after a covid break and was welcomed by both the trade and public who showed their support with queues to enter the Holiday World Show 2023.
Throughout the weekend Jo-Ann and Alan were moving between the JNTO/ANA and Visit Malawi/Ethiopian stands and hosted some pretty fantastic trade draws that included a highly sought after model aircraft from ANA and a trip to Malawi, with flights provided by Ethiopian Airlines.
And then it was all over – and it was a blast.
What was wonderful, was reinstating what is a familiar tradition for the Irish travel industry, starting the new year with Holiday World. Long may it last!
