As we come to the end of April, the second quarter of 2024 is already promising to be just as busy, if not more, than the first quarter of the year.
2024 began with a whirlwind of activity kicking off with several annual supplier and trade events. Plus, the ASM team were on the road delivering training sessions to over 60 agency teams around the country, sharing the latest news and updates from each of our partner suppliers.
February was a standout month with ASM successfully hosting a very well-attended tourism event on behalf of Wideroe and four Norwegian Tourist Boards. We were especially honoured to have the Norwegian Ambassador to Ireland, H.E. Mari Skåre, join us, lending an air of prestige to the event.
April Activity & Events
April saw Jo-Ann out on the road again visiting agents with updates from each of ASM’s supplier partners. Then we had Alan attend the annual ITAA Irish Travel Trade Show which was hosted by Dublin Airport.
That was followed on the 25th of April by ASM, along with our supplier friends in TPG, hosting our first Agent Appreciation Event of the year. And we’re happy to say it was a huge success. Held in Emiliano’s in Waterford, the attending agents all enjoyed dinner plus heard a short update from each of the TPG suppliers.
As most of you know already, TPG will be hosting further events in Cork, Galway, and Dundalk as well as our popular day trip to Wales with Irish Ferries. So do look out for the invitations which will be coming to you soon.
